Our Process

The Dryboat International® Process Explained...

Step 1: Moisture Detection

We start with a full moisture mapping of the vessel using a moisture meter and other tools to find where the water has gotten into the boat. We check important parts like the stringers, hull sides, and bottom. This helps us know exactly where the water is before we begin drying.

Step 2: Access Points Created

Our skilled technicians create small access points in the wet areas of the boat. These access points let us blow in warm, dry air at different angles and depths to help the air move through. This helps dry the area without damaging the boat’s structure.

Step 3: Effective Airflow

Using our multi-patented drying system, we blow super-dry, warm air deep into the boat’s core. This powerful air reaches spots that are hard to access, helping remove moisture faster. It makes sure the boat gets fully dry — without needing to take anything apart.

Step 4: Optimize The System

We adjust the airflow and the temperature to match the unique needs of each vessel. This fine-tuning makes the drying process faster and more efficient — without the need for invasive re-cores or structural removal.

Step 5: Fully Restored

After the drying process is complete, we double-check everything with moisture meters and other tools to make sure your boat is completely dry. Then, we fill each access point with a marine-grade filler so your boat stays strong, safe, and ready to get back on the water.
